Apparently, "Canadian troops have taken part in the ground offensive known as Operation Medusa" in Afghanistan.

Due to an unfortunate naming exercise, Canadian troops have been turning to stone ever since joining the offensive, and at least one corporal has seen a woman with snakes in her hair. General Hillier is now calling for the help of Perseus to defeat the evil she-devil, a feat that Hillier admits will not be possible without a winged horse named Pegasus.
